Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We screen products for quality before we offer them for sale. If you receive a product that is not working for you, we ask that you attempt to use the product properly. It might take some time to learn the right amount of product to use or frequency to get the absolute best results for you. However, it's impossible for every product to work for every person. If a product just isn't working for you, please call or e-mail us and let us know the
specific problem. Perhaps we can help. Our policy is to not accept returns of opened and/or used items. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit for returns of any product that is not defective or any item returned without authorization. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items that are returned. Generally, we will accept the return of unopened items
within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to receive a return authorization before returning any product.
The procedure is:
- Call or write us with the specific complaint about the product
- After receiving authorization, return the product to us at the address above
- Once we receive the product, we will issue a store credit or a credit against your credit card for the purchase amount of the product.
Things you should be aware of:
- No cash refunds will be given
- You pay the shipping to return the product (any method you choose as long as it gets to us)
- We do not give credit for the shipping charge
- Credit is given once we receive the product
If the returned items drop your order total below the free shipping level, we will withhold $8.95 from the product refund to pay for shipping.
Items returned without authorization will not receive a credit.
Packages returned as "undeliverable"
It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address that the Post Office or another common carrier can deliver to. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" will receive credit for the
product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will notify you via email and give you the option to have the package shipped again. But, you will have to pay the shipping charge again. If you received free ground shipping, we will withhold $8.95 to pay for the shipping of the original order.
Unclaimed Packages
It is also your responsibility to respond to any notices left by the carrier. We advise all customers to check with the carrier (or Post Office) if it has been a week or more since your package shipped. Sometimes, the Post Office will say they have left a notice and the customer reports she has not gotten one. We email a notice when the package is shipped so that you have the delivery confirmation or tracking information. Please contact the carrier (or Post Office), not Treasured Locks. If packages are not claimed and are returned to us, the same policy applies as applies to items returned as undeliverable (see above).
