HumiNature Fade for Uneven Skin Tone or Dark Spots

HumiNature is happy to be able to offer skin whitening (lightening) products that actually work.  Our 3-step program has been formulated to be successful.  Please scroll down to see our product offerings that make up our system. The steps are:

  1. Using the HumiNature Dark Spot Fade Gel or HumiNature NightTime Fade Cream (alternating is best) on an nightly basis.
  2. Using DayTime Fade Cream during the day to speed the fade process and, more importantly, provide critical sun and ultraviolet light protection
  3. Cleansing and exfoliation that removes dead skin cells leaving skin "brighter" and rejuvenated.  Use of the HumiNature Brighten & Lighten Face Cleanser on a daily basis and the HumiNature Papaya & Clay Skin Peel on a weekly basis.
The basic objective of a skin lightening or skin whitening cream is to suppress the skin's production of melanin.  Dark spots result from hyperpigmentation that can be caused by acne scarring, pregnancy, sun exposure, hormonal changes and other reasons.  By suppressing the production of melanin, eventually the dark spots fade and lighten causing more even skin tone as the hyperpigmented areas return to normal.

One major factor of a skin lightening program is penetration into the skin. This is influenced by two things.  You must have an effective  formulas that delivers the active ingredient to where it can work.  The second thing that influences penetration is dead skin cells that block penetration.  The problem with many other lightening systems is the ingredients do not reach the lower levels of the skin where the new melanin is actually products.  Reaching those levels is not easy.  A base (vegetable oil is what we use) that aids absorption into the skin is essential.  So, even if a product has the right active ingredients, unless it has the proper base, it will not penetrate to where it can be effective.  Dead skin cells, if not removed via exfoliation, block the absorption of the lightening ingredients. The HumiNature Renewed Radiance Exfoliant helps with this process.  Used just once a week it safely and gently removes those dead skin cells.

Another major factor in a lightening program is sun blocking.  If the hyperpigmented areas receive sunlight, the lightening cream will not be as effective.  To block more melanin production (which is triggered by sunlight) an SPF factor of 15 is recommended whenever going into the sun.  Our HumiNature DayTime Fade Cream, used on a daily basis, helps ensure that our lightening program is effective.

Using the three steps in the program, religiously, not only lightens dark spots.  It also makes a difference in overall skin texture and even skin tone.  It is important to follow all three steps regularly to achieve the maximum results possible with an over-the-counter system.
