May is mental health awareness month. We share our pride be joy as our first born graduated on Friday with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
Kayla and her sister Shayna were the inspiration for Treasured Locks. We initially called the company ShayKay Beauty, a combination of their names. It’s hard to believe that little girl is now this beautiful and accomplished woman.
This past year has been hard on all of us. We are tired, burned out, worried, and have suffered great losses of jobs, lives, health, and freedom.
Take some time this month to care for yourself. If you need a break, take a break.Celebrate the fact that we have collectively navigated one of the most trying 15 months in over 100 years.
