We were recently asked to participate in a group project to inform people of how you can take care of yourself at home. This time of year can be tough for a lot of us. The joy of the holidays can be swallowed up in increased expectations, the darkness and cold in some of the country at this time of year, pressures of a new wave of COVID, etc.
