Hair care supplements are especially

Dosage:
Take two capsules
with meals daily. Divide doses between morning and evening.

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know that the H2G hair growth vitamins were just what I needed to increase and strengthen my hair growth from the roots to the end. First of all, I would like to say that I love the prompt shipping of the product that I ordered; it also arrived to me in great condition. Secondly...I have noticed new growth and I've only been using your "H2G Hair Growth Supplement" for a short time. I am a young, Black woman with relaxed, brittle, damaged hair.
